How I changed my life and started experiencing happiness. (2008-2011) I experienced severe depression. I was broken, physically, mentally and financially. I was so unhappy with my life and like many people, I ignored things that made me unhappy, thinking that things would just get better over time. Boy was I wrong.
One day I sat down and really looked at my REALITY, I came to the realization that for things to change I had to change some things. I had to accept the fact that I would keep getting what I was getting if I kept doing what I was doing. Then I started making small changes consistently over time. I accepted new challenges, became open to new opportunities and surrounded myself with people that were doing what I wanted to do in life and with people that were headed in that direction.
Now happy, healthier and feeling great about NOW and the NEAR future!! The first step toward change is awareness. The second step is acceptance, use this to change your life starting today.
